Alright, I've been watching news for as long as I can remember, and recently there's been one thing that I can't get out of my head. Proposition 8, the legalized ban on gay marriage, now some people would hear that and be happy and content to hear such a thing, but I find it to be a mockery of everything that this country is suppose to be about.
Allow me to read from the Deceleration of Independence for a moment, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Now when ever you read this, does it not say that it is their right as human being to be allowed to be married? Are we not denying those of us who are homosexuals their most basic of freedom's by not saying that they can't marry the person they love? For there is no greater sorrow in this life then the lose of one you hold so dear, that your life becomes second and subservient to theirs.
Some would claim that it's "God's Will" that homosexual's not be married, that God didn't intend for man to "lust" for man, or women for women. To these people; many of which of fellow Christians, I have only the deepest pity and a few solemn words from the mouth of our lord. 1.)Let, he, who is without sin, cast the first stone. That phrase alone show's that regardless of the multitude of sin's or however great a sin is, the one who committed is no less a person then you. Sure you many not be, gay, but you to have known lust, and for that alone you should not raise arms against them.
Some people tell me that I shouldn't worry about it that someday people will see that they deserve their rights, just like black people(for all you politically correct people out there I refuse to say/type African American), women and etc., but it's when I hear comments like that do I feel at my mo
worse about the subject, why must it take time? Why should they (homosexuals) be made to suffer until then? In an time of such diversity and understanding, why must there be a time before they're treated the same, why must their be this cushion of time for change?
I guess it all comes down to the fact that people refuse to allow true equality.

Hello, I am just on this site to either point fun at or praise others works. Though I find it incredibly hard to insult anyone on the site, because damn near everyone on here can draw a thousand times better then I could ever do.
Maybe what I should do (from now on, that is) is post each ID as a separate deviation for people to actually favourite.
